    We offer renovation services including, but not limited to, kitchen remodeling, cabinetry, and installation. A detailed scope of work will be provided in the project agreement.
  2. Quotes and Payments
    Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates and subject to change based on project scope and unforeseen conditions.
    Payment Terms: Payments are due as outlined in the project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with further payments due at specified project milestones or upon completion.
  3. Changes and Cancellations
    Changes: Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in writing and may incur additional charges.
    Cancellations: If you cancel the project after work has commenced, you may be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  4. Responsibilities
    Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free of hazards. You must provide necessary approvals and permits for the work.
    Our Responsibilities: We will perform the work in a professional manner and in accordance with agreed specifications and applicable regulations.
  5. Warranties and Disclaimers
    Warranties: We offer a warranty on workmanship for [insert time period] from the completion date. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, natural wear and tear, or third-party modifications.
